friendly staffexcellent foodlush garden
the staff was very friendly and super kind. food was excellent. the lush gardens and scenery were also a plus. i particularly enjoyed the quiet atmosphere. it was a welcome break from the city. the pool area was clean and the grounds were lovely.

The reception staff, imaan and bouchra, were very polite. So was the management staff. restaurant staff offered excellent service throughout the stay. every interaction was positive, they made sure i had everything i needed, they are helpful.

i was disappointed by the dinner quality the chicken skewer was very overcooked it was also dry the heated pool wasn't really warm i also noticed the jacuzzi was empty

Relaxing Stay Among Olive Trees

The hotel has well kept nature. The staff were accommodating, positive, and helpful, especially the superb restaurant staff. The management seemed willing to improve the experience and was busy upgrading the grounds. I noticed direction signs and outdoor curtains being put up.
I found the pool was not very warm. Also the jacuzzi was empty at the time of my visit.

The pool area features a lovely pool with clear water and several spots for relaxation. Guests can use the gym. I saw it had modern equipment, including treadmills and stationary bikes. The hotel also has rose gardens that add to the hotel's charm.

I found the staff very friendly and helpful. They were always available to assist with requests (and always polite). The restaurant service was excellent. The staff remembered preferences and offered prompt service. The Royal Hammam experience was especially great.

My beautiful suite was spacious and well-kept, and it came with a private terrace. The room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower, so it was very practical. I had amazing views of the mountains from my terrace, which I enjoyed.

The hotel is set in a peaceful area surrounded by olive trees and offering a quiet environment. The hotel has fine natural views of the Atlas Mountains, so it is great for nature lovers. I enjoyed the serenity there.

the pool was a good size and looked clean. the views of the mountains and the well maintained gardens were nice. staff were always smiling. they seemed keen to.
the food and drinks took a long time to arrive, and the restaurant was almost empty. the dinner wasn't the best. i found that the chicken skewer was very overcooked and dry.
